One Circular Quay
Australia’s first super prime residence
Working alongside Brash Brands and Wanda we developed the creative realisation of one of the most iconic super prime residences in the Southern Hemisphere. Our goal was to show potential buyers how to maximise the asset while educating them on what the super prime Sydney lifestyle might look like. One Circular Quay was designed by the late Kerry Hill who created a vision for a two-tower mixed-use development that encompassed a 5-star branded hotel with residences and retail area.
